Third Division

looks at everyday life around lower-tier football in João Pessoa, Paraíba. The work moves through moments before, during and after the matches, focusing less on the game itself and more on what surrounds it: the empty stands, informal gatherings and quiet rituals. It contrasts with the widely circulated image of Brazilian football, shifting attention to a quieter, less idealised reality.
